No Shows…
To all our members, thank you for RSVP’ing early and often. We really
appreciate it.
PLEASE be respectful of your party peers, guests, & hosts if your
plans change at the last minute by contacting us via phone or email. Many members add our phone number to their
cell phone’s address book which makes it easy to call us when something comes up at the last minute.
WHY is this important?
As many of you know, we
limit the headcount of our parties (except the big bashes) to prevent overcrowding and to maintain a magic ratio of members/guests.
Unlike other parties, we don’t want 100 strangers just standing around drinking.
HOWEVER, when you sign up but then don’t show up, that means you took another
willing member’s slot to attend that party, and that’s not cool. The Lifestyle is based on good will toward
others.
In response to our members, and to impress the importance of this fairness
issue. If you sign up for a party but then fail to show up WITHOUT notifying us, the process is as follows:

1st no show, warning
- 2nd no show, you will be responsible for the missed party’s donation when you attend
the next party
- 3rd no show, removal from our member’s list
Nothing pains us more than to baby sit our members but nobody likes being excluded
from a party because the list is full, only to find out later that a no show took your spot and didn’t attend.
Please think about your party friends when your plans change at the last minute and call or email us to cancel.
